Located at a convenient 10-minutes from the wide Plage du Ponteil, this 5th-floor retreat with a lift is ideal for groups with children as well as the elderly. The apartment has a large balcony perfect to unwind on-site with delightful doses of sunlight and a tranquil view of the sea. Inside, the apartment easily accommodates up to 4 guests and comes fully furnished with stylish yet cosy interiors to create your ideal home away from home. There are 2 balcony bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a light-filled living room with direct balcony access. The living room is complete with a sofa, leather chairs, a books library, a flat-screen TV and a dining table, ideal for unwinding and entertaining.
A vibrant kitchen with every essential utility, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, food processor, toaster and coffee machine, is at your disposal to ensure a carefree holiday and self-catering experience.
