Inside, this charming apartment sets the scene for an ambient, carefree ski break. An open plan living space with scenic mountain-view balcony is furnished with a chic sofa, SKY TV and homely kitchen diner. There is a master bedroom with double bed. A modern full shower room and a service WC complete the welcoming layout.
The apartment’s sunny private balcony is furnished with an alfresco dining set, making it ideal for year-round breaks. Pets will be considered (upon request), whilst private laundry facilities and a parking space are conveniently provided.
Outside, the residence features a shared sunny garden with an extra alfresco dining terrace, for guests’ enjoyment. The chalet apartment is situated within a 2-10 minutes’ walk from the amenities of Les Houches, the ski school and Le Prarion cable car.

Just 14 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
From the holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just 65 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.
