With its welcoming summertime flow, this accessible retreat sets the scene for carefree holiday moments. The well-presented apartment boasts a modern air-conditioned interior, with a romantic beamed ceiling and comfortable ambience to enjoy. The inviting living space is adjoined by a modern separate kitchen and features a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and glass-topped dining area for 4. A double master bedroom with large fitted wardrobe and garden access is accompanied by a contemporary shower room with washing machine. From the living space, a set of French doors lead out onto a private terrace overlooking the open communal gardens. A plastic garden dining set is provided, alongside an integrated stone BBQ grill.

The modern 2-storey holiday residence boasts a series of beautiful, natural form outdoor swimming pools, which can be enjoyed by residents from 1 April – 1 October. Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.
A communal gazebo can also be enjoyed by guests. Outside the apartment building, a parking space is provided so guests staying can unload their baggage, before parking their car at the public car park (situated just outside the residence).

Guests are well placed for reaching the charming amenities of Moniga del Garda, 9 minutes’ drive away (which include a weekly food market, a host of eateries, grocery shops and a small port).

Location

The modern holiday resort is situated outside of Moniga del Garda, 10 minutes’ walk away from the lakeside. From its peaceful setting, guests are 8 minutes’ walk from the clay courts of San Sivino tennis club. The charming centre of Moniga del Garda, with its amenities, port and picturesque lakeside walk to Padenghe sul Garda, can be reached by car within 9 minutes.

Guests are also within an 18-minute drive away from the tourist attractions, resort amenities and regional train links of Desenzano del Garda. A fabulous range of authentic restaurants, cafes and bars can also be savoured in the picturesque lake resort town, alongside its many shops. The famous beaches and spas of Sirmione and the family-friendly amusement parks of Gardaland, Movieland park, Caneva Aquapark and the Parco Natura Viva are all within easy driving distance (38-45 minutes away). For those flying in, the nearest international airport is ‘Valerio Catullo’ in Verona (45 minutes’ drive away). Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 1st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
