The holiday apartment further benefits from access to a shared garden and an outdoor communal swimming pool (open from 15 May - 1 October). Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.
A private garage is also on hand for added convenience and guests are within 5-10 minutes walk away from a host of local amenities and the lake beaches.

The small-scale holiday residence is centrally located along Via 25 Aprile in Sirmione. Guests are placed just 5 minutes drive away from Castello Scaligero, 11 minutes drive from the archeological site of Grotte di Catulla and 10 minutes walk away from the beaches and restaurants of this fashionable Lake Garda resort.

The train links and picturesque attractions of Desenzano del Garda can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, whilst Gardaland theme park is 22 minutes drive away. The year-round connections of Verona Villafranca airport can be reached by car in just 34 minutes. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 1st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
