More information by the provider: Mountain sun and a splendid panorama of the Alps await guests in the Apartment Morgensonne [Apartment Morning Sun] in the holiday resort of Amden at 900 meters above sea level, above Lake Walensee in Switzerland. The lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located in the 1st floor in a five-family house and offers a beautiful environment with a splendid view from the large sun-drenched balcony. The proximity to shopping opportunities, the indoor pool with spa and sauna, the chairlift, various restaurants, or the village café with bakery speaks for the apartment and the highly practical location. The fantastic hiking area starts at the doorstep, so to speak and the Walensee in the valley can be reached in a few minutes. In winter, the Amden ski area is within walking distance of the Mattstock chairlift and the Bärenfall ski lift. The family ski area Amden-Arvenbüel is just a short drive away and the bus stop Amden, Brugg with ski bus is 250 meters from the apartment. Parking is available. Amden Weesen: this is the perfect combination of lake and mountain. In summer, the emerald-blue and fjord-like Walensee or the mountain peaks of Mattstock, Leistchamm, or Speer beckon. Extensive hikes with a lot of variety are guaranteed: for example, on the well-known mountain trail in Amden or along the Walensee into car-free Quinten. Holidays in quiet, alpine and tranquil Amden. And yet, centers like Rapperswil on Lake Zurich, Chur, or Zurich can all be reached in less than an hour. In winter, the Amden ski area offers a family atmosphere with a total of 6 lifts and slopes, a ski school, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and many snowshoe tours in a sunny alpine world. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
