It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building inside Alto Garda Park. The semi-detached holiday house is surrounded by a fully-fenced shared garden and can host up to 4 guests. There is a private outdoor patio with a dining set up for the exclusive use of the guests. Inside the main gate, there is ample space to load and unload packages and luggage.
 
The living room is furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed which can be used for sleeping and a large flat-screen TV. In the kitchen, guests will find a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.

Bedroom 1: The cozy bedroom has a double bed, an armchair and plenty of storage area.
 
Guests can also pull the sofa in the living room to make it a double bed.

Bathroom 1: The well-kept bathroom has a shower cubicle, a bidet and a WC.

Please note that the garden is shared with the apartment above which is occupied by the owner or relatives who are rarely there.

The nearest beach, restaurant, shops and supermarket are a short walk from the apartment. There is also a tennis court about 300 meters from the house.
 
The apartment is located in Salò, which is an important tourist destination and the historical and cultural center of the Western region of Lake Garda. The house is perfect for those who love going out and appreciate the culture and history of a place. The new museum in the town is called MuSa and is only 500 meters from here. Those interested in art and history can visit the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera (2 km) which is the home of Gabriele DAnnunzio. One can also practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing diving, trekking, mountain biking and horse riding. The nearest golf course is only 10 km away.
 
The location of the house is ideal for walking along the brand new lakefront and the center of Salò. Numerous boats leave from the landing stage and take you to the Veronese shore with its villas in a few minutes. The place also has playgrounds for children and adults.
Padenghe sul Garda with its precious extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines is 7 kilometers, the famous thermal baths of Sirmione are 35 kilometers, Verona is 50 km and Venice is 120 kilometers from the apartment.
