Antinoro 2 is a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor that can host up to 4 guests. It is one of three apartments in the farmhouse that shares a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and a centralized music system, an infrared sauna, a barbeque and the Laundromat. The farmhouse is surrounded by a manicured garden and lawn with a dedicated children’s playing area. There are also outdoor dining and lounging facilities for guests to enjoy calm nature at their own pace.

Inside, the rather modern kitchen-diner of the apartment is equipped with a coffee machine, a freezer, an oven and a toaster. There is also a TV and a dining table for 4.

Bedroom 1: The spacious room with a window for natural light is furnished with a double bed and a couple of wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: The charming room has a double bed and a large wooden wardrobe.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a modern finish and is fitted with a shower cubicle, a bidet and a WC.

Location

This peaceful apartment in a farmhouse is a unique medley of the old and the new offering a different kind of experience that is both authentic as well as comfortable. It has a certain romantic character that is further enhanced by its peaceful location and traditional architecture and décor. The quintessential Tuscan town of Montelupo Fiorentino is rich in olive orchards and vineyards. The farmhouse too is surrounded by rolling green hills with a lot of vegetation. The region has a long history of human habitation but it reached the zenith of its popularity in the 15th century for producing the finest ceramics. In June every year, the town hosts the International Ceramics Festival depicting its long tradition.

Many historical structures like the Church of Saint John Evangelist (7 minutes), Frescobaldi tower, Medici Villa (16 minutes) on the River Arno are testament its prosperity and cultural significance while the Museum of Ceramics (5 minutes) and the Archaeological Museum retell the story of its glorious past. The traditional cuisine of the town includes locally produced wines. Pan Bistugio is a must-try dessert in this part of the world.

For day trips, guests can visit Florence (35 minutes), Tuscany (33 minutes), Siena (1 hour 10 minutes), Lucca (1 hour) and Pisa (47 minutes). The nearest airport is only 24 kilometers away.
