The condo consists of 2,010 SF total, one-car garage, a large master bedroom ensuite with an extended shower, his/her sinks and a large walk-in closet. Our Midwest family of four selected Myrtle Beach after spending many enjoyable summer vacations on the oceanfront. We love to travel and have been all over the World (from Japan to 17 European countries, and everywhere in between.) Regardless of where we've visited, we always come back to Myrtle Beach as our home away from home because beach vacations are our favorite past time! Our parents created lifelong memories by bringing us to the seaside each year where we learned to appreciate nature, the beauty of the ocean and reunions with friends and family....... Condo purchased in 2013 and rented since on a variety of online platforms with great reviews. We are new to the Houfy family and trying to bring our delightful condo to you without all the booking fees provided by the other online companies.

House Rules
Minimum Rental Period is thirty (30) days unless January to April (minimum is 60 day rental). Rates are subject to change until the reservation in confirmed. Please be sure to review all terms and conditions prior to securing your reservation. If collected, a refundable security deposit of $500 applies and will be refunded within seven (7) days post departure. Each guest is required to sign a lease agreement and provide credit card information in addition to the refundable security deposit. The credit card will only be charged for excessive damage above the refundable security deposit amount or for excessive cleaning, trash removal or other very uncommon circumstances such as smoking inside the condo. Guest will be notified prior to incurring any additional charges. Check-in time is 4:00pm on the day of arrival and departure time is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Off-Season (Summer) monthly rentals will incur a charge for air conditioning the condo which runs approximately $175 per month. This will be charged by credit card or included as a separate fee on lease agreement based on the duration of stay.
$500 Security deposit will be held on credit card 1-day prior to arrival for any damages. Guests must complete and return all lease paperwork prior to arrival and receipt of electronic key code. We cannot let you enter the condo without sending us the lease agreement. Guests will be immediately notified if damages are noted by our caretaker on the day of departure.

Owner reserves the right to obtain occupants names and dates of birth in accordance with HOA rules.
