This amazing condo is right between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah. Youll love the location. Walk to groceries, dining...everything. This Beautiful condo is nestled inside a lower ground level courtyard in the perfect location. The Uni of Utah is minutes to the east with downtown Salt Lake just as close on the west. Walk, bike or TRAX to anything and everything SLC has to offer. This air-conditioned apartment comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.

House Rules
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. TELL US WHY YOU HAVE BOOKED OUR HOME. NO EXCEPTIONS. ANYONE LOCAL TO SALT LAKE OR SURROUNDING AREA IS SUBJECT TO PRE-APPROVAL AND/OR CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME BASED ON PREVIOUS HOST REVIEWS OR POTENTIAL FOR MISCONDUCT OR ACTIVITY DEEMED ILLEGAL 2) Occupancy limits: At no time may you exceed the house capacity of 8 guests in or on the property, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund and possible fines. You may be charged for any guests beyond the booked amount that stays at the unit, this fee is per guest, for every night of the reservation, at the extra guest rate on our listing, please let us know if you will be having any other guests that weren’t included in your booking so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. $500 FINE FOR UNAUTHORIZED HOUSE PARTIES/EXCEEDING CAPACITY (8) $50 FINE PER PERSON EXCEEDING CAPACITY (8) Additionally, unauthorized parties involving excessive alcohol or intoxicated persons in any manor are subject to a $1000 fine. For the safety of all, we have a zero tolerance for house parties and will not give any further warning. While you may have family/guest over to visit, please let us know ahead of time to avoid misunderstanding. 3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by the host through the house manual or check-in guide. 4) Fees: There is a $350 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking or vaping ANYWHERE in or around the property, all smoking/vaping must be 20 ft from doors and windows. Any butts must be properly disposed of. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. $500 FINE FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED ANIMAL OF ANY KIND ENTERING THE UNIT: HOA DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMALS-THEY WILL IMPOSE FINES FOR ANY ANIMAL THAT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE HOA BOARD!! INCLUDING ESA/SERVICE ANIMALS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HOA. This unit fully complies with the Fair Housing laws as it applies to disabilities. Persons who desire an accommodation must convey that request to management, who will then attempt to obtain sufficient verified information to determine if the request can be granted and how it can be accommodated. Since every situation is different, each request is treated separately. It is impossible to give a blanket answer on questions of accommodation. If a prospective guest desires to book, we will then accept any request and make a full review to see if it can be accommodated. DUE TO EXTREME ALLERGIES OF HOST NOT ALL ESA ANIMAL TYPES CAN BE RESONABLY ACCOMODATED, CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING!! GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES/EXTRA CLEANING COSTS FOR ANY PET/ESA/SERVICE ANIMAL AND AGREES TO PAY, WITHOUT CONTEST, FOR SUCH CHARGES BY BOOKING THIS UNIT. 5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by MOBLHOM or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed. 6) Quiet Hours are 10pm-7am, please be respectful of neighbors. 7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay on the premises. You understand and agree to accept liability in full. 8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. Additional cleaning charges may occur for excessive messes left. 9) We have security cameras outside monitoring at all times. - Tampering with the CCTV cameras on the property is a violation of our rules and policies. They are there for your security and protection. Any obstruction or outages caused to the cameras will result in the police being called out to investigate illegal activity and your reservation being cancelled without refund. Due to the nature of these listings, we have a zero tolerance for parties or suspicious behavior 10) Acceptance of state of space: We allow the guests to survey the properties upon arriving and to communicate any pre-existing damages that they would not like to be charged for after check-out. The guest has the first 2 hours after check-in to report and issues. After that time period, the guest accepts the condition of the home and if damages are found at the end of the guest's stay they will be responsible for the repair and payment of those damages. If damages are found after we ask that the guest communicates such damages to that we can effectively and promptly come to a solution.
