Welcome to this peaceful, cozy bedroom in a home right next to Coal Creek Trail, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close to town!

• Stays must be a minimum of one week
• This room includes one twin bed and a workspace (chair and desk)

• Self check-in
• Shared bathroom, living space, dining area, and kitchen
• Wi-Fi internet
• Owner lives in attached unit
• No laundry access

You will need to ascend some stairs to reach this room.

This is a room in a shared home–please keep in mind that the owner, Kathy, lives in an attached unit, and other guests may be renting out other rooms or the basement unit during your stay.

Your bedroom is the bedroom all the way to the left on the second floor.

The owner, Kathy, lives on site and is available to help in person if needed.

We do our best to maintain the property, but we cannot totally control natural seasonal elements in the backyard, e.g. leaves in the fall and snow/ice in the winter.
