There are no more than 2 registered guests allowed at one time for safety and occupancy reasons. Any unauthorized guests entering the property will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property without refund. You will be charged an additional room rate for 2 people for each night discovered that more than 2 people stayed. Note: there is a doorbell camera that records all movement outside of the door that notifies host. No indoor cameras. Please remove your shoes upon entering the property. Shoes can be placed in the foyer inside. We want to keep the carpet clean for all guests. There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside this property. Guests can smoke outside on the deck. Please use provided ashtray to discard your cigarettes. There will be a $200 fee for guests that put cigarettes out on deck and leave burn marks. There will be a $200 charge per night for smoking inside of the property. No drugs or weapons on premises. Please do Not flush any sanitary napkins or Anything other than toilet paper into the commode. This will clog plumbing and may ruin your stay. This will help us keep prices down for all guests. Pease be respectful of loud noise (music, tv etc..) after 12am. Please do not sit on desk or allow any children to sit or play on desk. This may be a safety hazard. Desk is heavy and Not recommended for sitting or heavy objects over 10 pounds. Please do not jump or allow children to jump on beds or furniture. The manufacturer labeled furniture for intended use only. We are not liable for any issues resulting in unintended use. We strongly suggest that you lock the door upon entering and when you leave. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. We also take inventory of room items after each guest to ensure items are available for next guests. Any damaged or taken items will be charged to guest accordingly. There is a door camera that records all movement that happens outside of the door. Even if device is taken/damaged, the perpetrator will be recorded and saved to smart phone. You will be automatically charged for the next nights’ stay at full price if you stay past your 11 am check out time. You will be asked to leave without refund. Our cleaning fees are based on courteous guest that clean up after themselves. Any unreasonable mess post- checkout, we will charge an additional $100 fee. PLEASE wipe your makeup off in the sink before using a face cloth. Makeup is exceedingly difficult to remove from linen which results in excessive costs for replacements. We are not a hotel. We are a modest property that does not have chain/business revenue nor wholesale discounts. We want to keep our prices low for guests. PLEASE do not use hair dye/color or anything that could stain on this property. We cannot afford to the cost to repair or replace tub, sink, carpet or linens. Any dye stains are considered damage to the property and you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on property. Anyone seen with a pet will be charged $200 per day for everyday booked.
