Roads are bumpy with a lot of potholes. Please drive slow. Grocery: Brookshires has a good quality selection. 4.8 miles Dollar General has basics 2.3 miles. Family Dollar/Dollar Tree 1.1 mile These restaurants are really good: 1. Texas Great Country Cafe and Pie Pantry 2. Shooky’s (actually on the lake with a bar and live bands usually on Fridays and Saturdays at 7) 3. Tres Hermanos 4. Juniper Cove Winery Fri-Sun opens at noon.

House Rules

3. No unplugging Wi-Fi
4. No covering outdoor cameras, they are continually recording and facing all entrances.
5. A rental agreement and waiver are required to be electronically signed by the guest making the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The door code will not be given until received. ALL GUESTS STAYING OR VISITING THE PROPERTY WILL NEED TO SIGN HARD COPY OF THE WAIVER.
6. 25 is the minimum age to rent these properties. Photo ID required. No door code will be given if not provided.
7. ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. (NO FEMININE PRODUCES, WIPES, DIAPERS, PAPER TOWELS, ETC.
8. Place Hot Tub cover on after each use. DO NOT leave cover off the hot tub while not in use.
9. Limit of 10 cars total. No parking on grass or road is allowed.
10. No parties, events, or extra guests are allowed.

Breaking any of these rules will cause reservations to be immediately canceled with no refund.
