Dirty dishes should be cleaned by hand and placed in the rack. Dirty house laundry placed in the laundry room. We will wash everything don't worry about it just leave it piled as nice as possible.

Leave the AC/HEAT on prior to departure, set the alarm to AWAY by hitting the AWAY button and lock the door.
CLOSE THE ENTRY DOOR RIGHT BEHIND YOU. LEAVING IT OPEN WITHIN SECONDS OF TEMPERATURES OVER 105° WILL NOT ALLOW THE AC TO CYCLE RESULTING IN HIGHER ELECTRICITY USE THEREBY A SURCHARGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $100 WILL BE DUE. LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT SET AT 70° OR TURN IT UP AT NIGHT IF NEEDED TO SLEEP.

Additional cleaning charge will be added if the place is left a mess. General clean up and proper placement of dirty items as stated above will be satisfactory to ensure no extra charge.

There are security cameras on the front porch, North and East outside. They are for security purposes only and not monitored 24/7 but not limited to this. You are being recorded and consent by accepting the rules, by booking and previous acknowledgement on multiple sections of this listing. The Airbnb rules are being strictly adhered to and we take this seriously. There are NO cameras in private spaces as defined in the Airbnb rules in regards to this subject.

BRING YOUR OWN SHELTER, FOOD AND WATER BOWLS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO CATS NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. THERE IS A 2 DOG MAXIMUM ONCE THE $100 TRIP FEE IS PAID! IF DAMAGE IS DONE BY THE DOG (S) YOU WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES. THESE DAMAGES ARE NOT A PART OF THE $100 NON REFUNDABLE DOG RESERVATION FEE. *As a side note this is a typical Parker, AZ neighborhood, the River Rat lifestyle, if you know you know. This isn't a Hilton or The Keys so please be fair when talking about the neighborhood I can't do anything about. Also the accuracy is 100% and I've added pictures on my street to show the condition. Please do not use the accuracy star system because of the neighborhood since the ad is exactly as described along with the pictures. The location stars are also for access to amenities of the area not to use as a reason for not liking the condition of the neighborhood outside of my control.
