This is a centrally located resort with 11 pools, 5 of them heated in the winter .18 Hole Miniature golf course, kids playground. And what makes it even more unique we have our own beach pool with clubhouse and snack bar. Gulf Highlands centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach,10 minutes drive to Pier Park or any attractions, shopping, supermarkets.

We highly suggest using uber to get around.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★We reserve the right to decline any reservation requests from new profiles or profiles without positive reviews.

★Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier

★Amenities are limited, but not guaranteed. Owners are not responsible if any of the outside amenities are not in working order, no refunds will be given. We do not provide equipment for shuffleboard, please bring your own. We do try to provide clubs for mini-golf, but we do not guarantee it. If used please bring everything back or replace it if lost.

★ Commercial vehicles, trailers, signs, and ladders on vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community.

★★ PARKING ★★
We would like to inform you that our property has limited parking spaces available, and we can only accommodate a maximum of two cars per booking. Please note that if you bring additional cars, they will be towed at your expense.

★We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip cancellations or interruptions. Travel insurance is often very affordable, and can provide peace of mind in the event of an unforeseen emergency. Guests can obtain quotes from several different companies by visiting a website such as insuremytrip. Its important for guests to carefully review the terms and conditions of any insurance policy they are considering, to ensure that the coverage meets their specific needs and requirements.

★Its important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed in the home and therefore may need to be removed when necessary.

★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. However, its important to note that beach towels are not provided, and guests are expected to bring their own.
Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time.
