Located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island you are close to everything. We are steps to the beach on a beautiful shaded walking/bike path or take the trolly. Less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza.

If damages, excessive cleaning, or lost items are discovered during the inspection, the necessary deductions will be made from the security deposit. We will provide an itemized list of charges, along with any applicable receipts or invoices, within a reasonable time frame. Assuming no damages or other issues are found, the security deposit will be refunded to the guest via the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the Accommodation Fare, taxes, and any fees, will be refunded when cancellation
occurs more than 60 days prior to your arrival date.

50% of the Accommodation Fare, taxes, and any fees, will be refunded when cancellation
occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will result in loss of 100% of the Accommodation Fare, taxes, and any fees.
