The Ravenwood Estate is a 1.87-acre countryside OASIS in Carpinteria. This PRIVATE ESTATE, with lush gardens, features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, split between a COUNTRY CHIC main home and a CHARMING rustic cottage. Soak in the HOT TUB under a starlit sky, surrounded by fragrant gardens and adjacent to a VINEYARD. Laughter is heard near the sparkling, seasonally heated POOL. Nestled in a town known for the Worlds Safest Beach, the estate offers a peaceful retreat steeped in small-town charm.

Enjoy the privacy! This estate is completely private, complete with a gate. Inside, the CHEF’S KITCHEN entices with the delicious aroma of fresh ingredients, perfect for creating unforgettable meals with family and friends. Just a short drive away, adventure awaits—hike coastal trails, surf gentle waves, or savor exquisite wines. This country chic retreat sleeps 14. The grounds are beautiful and lush with foliage. The pool is seasonally heated between June and August. You are welcome to turn on the hot tub at any time. It takes a few hours to heat up or you may remind us on the day of your arrival and we can turn it on earlier for you. The home features a number of antique pieces of furniture to complement the homes country style. An outdoor hot shower nestled in the garden, adjacent to the pool, offers a refreshing way to rinse off or begin your day.

The property sleeps 14 people. 10 guests sleep in the main home, and 4 sleep in the cottage guesthouse.

The Main House is a two-story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home that sleeps 10. The pool and hot tub are located just outside. The soaring ceilings make this home feel open and light. The home is heated by radiant floor heating and has no A/C.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind! Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The home has six cameras on the exterior of the home to ensure our maximum occupancy is honored. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.
