Instructions for check-in and HVAC

Front Door Lock

Unlock the Door - Punch in the 4 digit code, provided to you via text on the day of check-in, and the lock will open. (Depending on the weather you may have to pull the door towards you while the lock is opening.

Lock the Door - To lock the door when you leave just close the door firmly and hit the lock button.

Side and Back Doors - The keys for the side and back door are hanging on a key hook right next to the side door in the laundry area.

Golf Cart Key - if you have rented our golf cart then the key will be hanging on a hook next to the side door in the laundry area.

Visual Inspection

Once you are in the house please do a quick visual inspection and make sure everything is in order. We personally make sure that everything is ready for your arrival, but we want your stay to be perfect. If you see anything that is not working or broken please let us know immediately.

HVAC

The air conditioning (or heat depending on the time of year) will be on in the main part of the house when you check in. We have a mini-split HVAC system so each room has its own unit and the temperature can be adjusted for just that room. To operate the other HVAC units just power them on with the remote located on the bedside table and set them to the temperature you want the room to be. NOTE: The individual units can be adjusted to different temperatures but can not be set to heat in one room and cool in another. This will cause the system to error out.
