 You will enjoy this newly renovated three bedroom, three bath condo, located in the heart of Playa del Carmen.  It  comfortably sleeps 6 people.  This oversized condo has extraordinary views and oceanfront on three sides. The condo is within a 5 minute walk of 5th Avenue and the ferry dock to Cozumel.  Yet, you will be safely nestled in the gated, quiet community of Playacar with 24 hour security.    You don't even need a car, you can very easily walk to most everything.  But, if you do want a car, you will be happy to know that there is free, reserved, parking directly in front of the condo. Parking is generally very hard to find in Playa del Carmen. 

Whatever your interests this condo offers everything to ensure that your vacation will be first class.

THERE ARE NO GAS FUELED APPLIANCES IN THIS CONDO.  The water heater is for the complex and is in a separate out building. The stove, oven, and dryer are electric. There is no furnace. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO POSSIBILITY OF CARBON MONOXIDE.
