SURVEILLANCE There are 2 outdoor cameras one in front and one in rear these are there to protect our property while vacant . I disarm the rear camera once you arrive for your privacy . The front camera remains on that views the driveway. HOT TUB RULES No children under 16 years of age are allowed in the hot tub. NO pets allowed in the hot tub. Waiver of liability ; by booking our property you recognize and accept that such activity may pose risk of injury to yourself and others. You agree you are in good health to the best of your knowledge and Are readily able to make personal judgments as to your own physical limitations and agree to hold harmless the owners and their property. PET RULES I welcome your pets I only ask that you are a responsible pet owner . If they shed hair you need to accommodate them with their own blanket, pillow, or bedding. NO pets on the furniture or mattresses . 0 tolerance urine or feces this will be a 250$ charge .Thank you for your help with this as I would like to continue allowing people to bring their pets . SMOKING Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes inside the home . Cannabis is welcome as it is a medication . 0 tolerance policy if it’s found that you’ve smoked cigarettes inside the home there will be a 250$ charge filed with the resolution center at ai (Website hidden by Airbnb) OPEN FLAMES No open flames inside meaning candles or any other continuous flame . Our home is a family heirloom and we wish to preserve it for future generations. By all means enjoy your stay but be respectful . Children are to be supervised at ALL TIMES no exceptions. Wifi is provided as an extra service . We will not refund any stays due to interruption in service. MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, repair, or other concerns. Host will not refund a stay for issues if they are not reported immediately or if the guest stays after the issue is remedied or addressed there will be no further remuneration or refund. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards,vermin, racoons, ferile cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, wasps, mosquitoes, chiggers, ticks, etc on the property. Additionally poisonous plants such as poisen ivy, oak, sumac etc. On the trail you are assuming the risks and hazards such as steep inclines and declines, rocks, holes, stumps limbs, rough terrain and debris connected with participation in this activity including the risk of physical injury or disability as a result of such injury . You voluntarily assume full responsibility of any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by you , anyone in your party, or any loss or damage to property in your possession as a result of being engaged in such activity. You further agree to hold harmless the owner and management of The Starr Property located at 9993 county road 445 Jay Oklahoma 74346 for any accident or injury sustained during HOT Tub use, walking on the trail, or any other activity while on said property. You agree to become familiar with the rules and regulations for your conduct and agree you will not violate said rules or any directive or instructions made by the property owner and you understand by doing so is grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation and be vacated from the premises.
