BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
★ The person making the booking must be 18 years or older.
★ All adults must pass a criminal background screening.
★ Full names and photo IDs of all adult guests, including the guest who makes the booking, age 18 and over must be provided at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the booking (or the day the booking is made in the event it is booked within 7 days of the start of the booking. Access to the property will not be granted until the names of all guests have been provided).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
★ Arrival/Check-in: 4:00pm or later
★ Departure/Check-out: no later than 11:00am
★ Late departure fees are $1 per minute after 11:00am

COMMUNITY STANDARDS
★ Please be respectful of other residents and property staff.
★ Quiet hours are to be observed between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
★ Decibel-monitoring system from NoiseAware (100% privacy-compliant) is active inside this property to ensure compliance.
★ No parties, events, or gatherings.

NO SMOKING/OPEN FLAMES
★ No Smoking, Vaping, or use of Marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
★ No burning candles, incense, or any other open flame.

VIOLATIONS
The person making the reservation and any others included therein are responsible for upholding all the House rules and property/community policies as well as all local/federal laws. The person making the reservation and any others included therein shall be responsible for any other individuals they may admit into the property and see to it that those individuals also abide by the same House Rules, property/community policies, and local/federal laws.

Violation of any of the house rules by the person making the reservation, others included therein, or anyone else they should admit into the property shall constitute grounds for termination of the reservation without refund and immediate removal of the guest from the property by the host and/or local authorities.
