This top-floor condo offers spectacular uninterrupted mountain views including a great vantage of Fernie Alpine Resort. You will be located just minutes away from the famous skiing and biking terrain that Fernie has to offer.
The unit offers a modern and comfortable space for up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the second with a double bed. The sofa also pulls out to a double bed for additional guests. Please note with 6 adults it will be a tight squeeze.
Both beds have been fitted with foam mattress toppers and are made up of hotel-quality grade linens to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Each guest is provided a towel set, which can be found in the bathroom, and we have supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
The open-plan living space is great for enjoying with your group. The smart TV has been set up with Netflix and cable. Complimentary games have been left out so you can have an entertaining night in or if outdoors is your preference, you have access to a private balcony just off the living room, the perfect place to enjoy the views.
The kitchen has everything you need from a kettle, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and modern appliances. There is comfortable seating for up to 4 guests around the kitchen island. For larger groups we have made sure there are 2 additional stools in the cupboard. Please be aware that it is again a little tight on dining space when there are groups of 6 adults.
The first bathroom is just on the left as you enter the condo with access from the queen room on the other side as well. This bathroom is complete with a bathtub/shower combo allowing for a nice private soak after a long day of activities in Fernie. The second bathroom can be accessed from the double room and consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
The unit is located on the third floor of the Aspen building. There is an elevator, which means easy access to the condo with all your belongings. You will be provided the combination to a storage locker located in the basement entrance to the building so no need to carry your gear up to the condo each day.
Although the condo does not have a dedicated workspace, you can find a fold up table in the bedroom cupboard. You can set it up directly in front of the window and work whilst enjoying the mountain backdrop.

Fernie's historic downtown is just an 8-minute drive, so if you would like to take a stroll down the picturesque 2nd Avenue, try out the Fernie brewery or distillery as well as more restaurants, bars, and movie theatres it's certainly not far away. During winter months, you can also access the mountain shuttle to town which picks up just a short walk away.

- Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. Noise travels easily!
- No smoking anywhere inside or on the balconies. It is permitted outside, 6 meters from doorways or air intakes. Please use ashtrays provided at doorways
- Remove dirt and snow from your footwear before entering the building. Consider removing dirty footwear
- Keep common areas clean and do not damage strata property
- Nothing is to be left in the hallways, including footwear or sporting equipment
- Ski/board lockers are provided in lower levels of all buildings
- Cooking or BBQ'ing is not allowed on the balconies. Each building has ground floor BBQs for your use
- Garbage and recycling bins are available within the complex
- Parking passes are to be displayed in your vehicle
- Park carefully spaced and not in designated No Parking areas. At busy times there is a shortage of parking
- Do not idle your vehicle. Air intake vents will bring your exhaust fumes in the entire building
