Walk out your door to a plethora of dining and shopping as well as your choice of boating excursions which highlight the rich history in this area.
Your beach access is 1.6 miles down the bike path to either the Disney or Dunes beaches. In season, use the Palmetto Dunes Buggy to access the beach or rent a bike to ride the Beachfront at low tide. 3 championship golf courses are waiting for you within Palmetto Dunes- Robert Trent, Fazio and Arthur hills may all be accesible via the dunes buggy so no vehicle required if you visit May-September .

Getting around

Ten minutes from the Hilton head airport. 55 minutes from Savannah Airport. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy runs April 1-September 10 annually and also can be used for airport transportation. Bikes rule on this island- The Pearl is 1.6 miles to the private palmetto beaches as well to the tennis and pickle ball center. CAtch the breeze right in the center of shelter cove harbor near Neptune- to travel on and off stops throughout the island.

House Rules
Remove all items in refrigerator, take out trash bagged and deposit into the Shute behind the elevator, put all dishes in dishwasher and run before departure, leave the unit as you found it, close the plantation shutters and lock the door as you depart.
Payment Policy
Payment is due when reservation is confirmed.
Refunds available if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled within 30 days unless the unit successfully rebooks
Refundable Damage Deposit
No damage deposit- My guests are generally singles or couples and rarely do we have any damages to tend to however, guests agree to our rental agreement and agree to pay for any damages they cause while renting as guests.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 60 days in advance of reservation. No refund if cancelled within 30 days unless the property is rebooked
