Per City of Indio regulation, minimum age of primary guest is 21 years old. A copy of your government issued ID is required to be sent to host prior to check in to verify your identity. The person booking must be present during the stay.

No smoking of any kind, and no illegal drugs. If we find evidence of this, extra cleaning fees and/or damage costs will be charged.

Only the number of guests on booking are allowed on the property for liability reasons. No parties & no visitors. We will verify # of guests matches reservation via outdoor/garage video cameras at various times. If you have additional people they will be asked to leave. If you don’t comply it is grounds for your reservation to be cancelled immediately WITHOUT refund, and you will have to leave.

Please when patio umbrella is not in use, close umbrella and remove from holder, laying it down behind patio sofa.

Please use safety features for children - use slider locks and keep slider door alarms on so children do not access pool area without adult supervision. Always supervise children in pool and hot tub area.

Use of pool and hot tub is at the guests’ own risk and owner shall not be held liable for injuries occurred in the pool or spa. Requesting a booking and receiving a confirmation of booking from host is confirmation that you accept any and all liability and hold harmless both host and co-hosts from any injury or death occurring due to use of pool or hot tub.

Please do not attempt to heat the pool with on site controls, I will control the heat remotely if you purchase that option ($75/day), but need 24 hour notice. This fee will be charged separately.

The fireplace is NON-OPERABLE. Evidence of a fire in fireplace will cause you to incur extra cleaning fees and/or damage charges.

We have a strict NO PET policy due to my young son having severe allergies to dogs. If you bring a pet to the property you will be charged an extra cleaning fee to remove all dander and hair to avoid people having an allergic reaction. You will be charged for any damage the pet causes. In addition, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with your pet, and your reservation will be canceled WITHOUT refund. We have outdoor cameras and a camera in garage to verify there are no pets present.

City of Indio Municipal Code 95c states that outdoor quiet hours are as follows:
SUNDAY – THURSDAY: 9:00PM – 8:00AM
FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 10:00PM – 8:00AM
Noise, especially any amplified sounds, outside of the property line is prohibited at these times. Any city fines for violations due to noise or nuisance complaints are responsibility of person booking the reservation, and potentially may cause guests to be asked to leave the premises promptly, canceling reservation WITHOUT refund.

No commercial activities allowed on the property nor any subletting of any type. No 3rd Party bookings, which are against Airbnb and City of Indio ordinances.

For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo government issued identification within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without penalty.

Any violation of house rules or Airbnb terms and conditions may cause you to be asked to leave the property immediately, and your reservation cancelled WITHOUT refund. You may also incur additional cleaning fees and/or damage charges.
