The guest suite is equipped with a sliding pocket door to enclose the guest bath and bedroom which is furnished with a comfortable Queen sized bed. The Villa has an open floor plan and is the perfect arrangement for comfort and privacy. Look out to the screen enclosed lanai that is equipped with a sofa and 2 rocking chairs, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The tranquil backyard setting is fully enclosed with a privacy wall, perfect for your furry friends that you cant leave home without. 1 car garage with golf cart space. We welcome dogs with an additional pet fee.
