This reservation is for an entire single family house. This beautiful 1950’s Mid-Century modern home is located right off Route 8 in the active North Hill neighborhood of Akron, within an easy commute to Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown and Canton! Plenty of surrounding parks, ball field complexes, trails, shopping, restaurants, night life, minor league baseball, concerts, and more!
Two-story house has (3) full bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, a workstation in the 2nd floor bedroom, and (2) bedrooms on the main floor. Relaxing living room on main floor with loveseat, sofa, & 50 Smart TV, adjacent to the kitchen.

Cars are the main mode of transportation in the area. However, you are within walking distance to many small businesses along Tallmadge Avenue to the north.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
Keypad access code will be sent prior to check in and will work during your entire stay at either entry door. You can check in anytime after 4:00 pm of the date of your reservation. We will not be present to check you in. If you should arrive prior to 4:00 pm the passcode will not work and you will need to contact us to gain access.
To use the access code enter the provided code ONLY and press nothing else. You will hear the lock engage/disengage and it will beep when locked/unlocked, with a blue check mark lighting up. If you see a red X lighting up then it is not locked/unlocked. Wait a couple seconds and try again until successful. If you should fail to enter the proper code too many times, for security reasons it will disable the keypad for a few minutes. Please be patient while entering the code for it to work properly.
Whenever leaving the house, pull the door closed until the knob backset catches in the door frame. Depress the button with an image of a closed padlock to manually lock the deadbolt, you will hear it engage after pressing the button followed by a quick beep sound. Always double check the door to ensure it is in the locked position before leaving. If it doesn't lock, ensure door is closed snugly and try again until successful.

An adult over the age of 25 must be responsible for the reservation and must be verified with valid state identification, which must be provided by text within 48 hours of reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and security deposit will be forfeited.

No Third-Party Bookings. The adult over the age of 25 who made the reservation must be staying at the property and will be held responsible at all times for anything going on at the property.
Confirmed Guests MUST provide photos of state identifications for all adults over the age of 18 no less than 48 hours of making reservation. Failure to do so will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately without refund.
Maximum of SIX guests are permitted to stay. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately without refund.
NO SMOKING/VAPING/CANDLES/INCENSE inside the house. We cater to Guests that prefer/require a non-smoking environment and removal of smoke aromas inside takes significant efforts and costs to clean up & eliminate. This is not negotiable for this property. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately without refund and be cause for recouping damages to the property. If you must smoke, please go outside and use provided butt can on the deck or dispose of properly; DO NOT DROP BUTTS ON THE GROUND.
** NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED> In Ohio, is it still illegal to smoke marijuana.
NO PARTIES. This property is in a residential neighborhood that values their privacy and enjoys the quietness of the neighborhood. Please be respectful of their wishes for peaceful enjoyment of their homes. Your reservation defines the number in your group. While we certainly understand you may have some visitors during reasonable hours, however gatherings beyond that, either planned or spontaneous, are explicitly not allowed, are a violation of the house rules, will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately without refund and can be cause for recouping damages to the property.
This house has exterior cameras located around the perimeter of the outside of the property for the safety of our Guests and for protection of the property. Do not touch or attempt to remove, disable, tamper, cover, or manipulate these cameras in any way from their current settings. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately.
House property and contents are to be treated and used with care. Indoor furniture and amenities are to be kept INSIDE. Outdoor furniture and amenities are to be kept OUTSIDE. Please DO NOT move the furniture from where it is when you arrive. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately without refund.
Guests are completely responsible for actions of their visitors and liable for any damage or incidents caused by themselves or their guests. Any damage to the property will be cause for recouping costs.
There are basic cleaning supplies provided in the kitchen pantry and under the kitchen sink. A vacuum, broom, and mop with bucket are located in the basement if they should be needed.
TRASH & RECYCLE:
Pickup is typically very early Monday morning by the City of Akron. At times, events such as weather, holidays, staffing, etc... or other events out of our control can impact their pickup schedule We will stop by over the weekend to move carts to the curb and return afterwards to retrieve them. Feel free to place items in the carts while they are on the curb.
There are TWO waste carts located against the house by the driveway:
= The larger wheeled cart is for regular household trash. There are extra trash bags located under the kitchen sink. PLEASE TIE trash bags closed PRIOR to placing in the outside cart. Loose food remnants and liquids in the cart will attract rodents, bees, flies, and maggots, not to mention - smell very badly if pickup doesn't come for a few days.
= The smaller wheeled cart is marked for RECYCLE ONLY. The City of Akron requires that boxes be flattened and bottles/containers emptied. Used food containers must have all food remnants removed. Please DO NOT put regular household trash into the recycle bin or place any items inside other bags. Acceptable items as defined by the City are identified on the label located on the lid of the recycle bin.
In addition to moving carts to/from the curb for weekly trash service, we may stop at the property to perform minor but necessary exterior maintenance, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, or other tasks. This can be hard to predict depending upon weather and scheduling, but we will attempt to provide notification as soon as possible in advance. Our workers will be cognizant of your privacy and do all we can to minimize any noise or other disruption to the enjoyment of our property during your stay.

- Check out is by 10 am; please - we have a tight schedule to prepare the house for the next Guests and requests for late checkouts cause significant delays and impact many other schedules.
- Please gather all trash throughout and place in the provided kitchen and room waste baskets. Extra bags are under the sink as needed.
- Please place any dirty dishes in the sink.
- Please place all used towels in the hampers located in each closet; please do not leave wet towels on doors or floors anytime during your stay.
- No need to strip the beds - we will handle that with our cleaning.
- Please verify all windows are securely closed and locked.
- Please verify that both entry doors are locked upon leaving.
- Please walk through to ensure you leave nothing behind!
- Please text us immediately upon departure that you have left.
- Please travel safely and come back soon - returning Guests receive discounts!
