No parties or events.
No smoking of any kind in or around the house.
No pets.

Allen House is a privately owned and family operated short-term rental home.
Upon confirming your reservation you're entering into a binding contractural agreement of the following;
- that guests are fully responsible for arranging adequate personal/travel insurance for all members of the party to cover risk, injury, liabilities, loss of property or loss of money due to cancellation not covered under Allen House cancellation policy.
- that guests are fully responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness, which may occur while on the premises
- that guests are fully responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables

*There is no ground level entry to the home. This home is not suitable for wheelchairs or those who struggle with stairs.

*The owners live on site full time. We have kids and animals, friends and guests of our own. You can expect noises such as, but not limited to quacking, barking, laughing, singing, and music:)
