Quiet time - We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.

Damages-We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

No smoking/vaping- No Smoking or Vaping - This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee up to $500.

No pets - We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic; please respect that.

No parties/events-No parties or events are allowed unless you have written permission from the owner regarding the event. All drug use and excessive alcohol use are prohibited. This is ground for immediate cancellation with no refund. You could also be charge a deep cleaning fee up to $500. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also want you to remember your stay.

No fireworks-Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood and on the property.
