Sea Rise Vacation home is conveniently located in the center of the Outer Banks in The Village of Nags Head Community. A wealth of amenities right in this community include free access to Village Beach Club with Olympic Pool, Bar, Private Bathrooms, Private Beach Parking, and Private Beach Access. Nags Head is central to all of the great restaurants, shopping and activities offered throughout the Outer Banks Community. The beach is a short walk from the home or you can park at the private beach access at the Village Beach Club. The Links of Nags Head golf course is just around the corner and provides world class links style golf. In the community there are also two Alblemarle Sound piers for boating, kayaking, fishing and crabbing! The home features an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for your week stay. There are three bedrooms and one loft area that can sleep upto 8 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed and bathroom. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen size bed with quilt and pillows. In the loft area, there is an additional bunk bed which can sleep upto two additional people. There are three decks on the house in the front and in the rear. The small front deck is covered and protected from the elements. There is a rap-around deck on the rear that gets plenty of sun. Additionally, on the back lower level, there is a covered deck as well. The house includes an outdoor shower in the covered parking area with two covered spaces and two uncovered spaces. The Village of Nags Head is an upscale community with a mix of year round residences and vacation homes making this the ideal place for a vacation in the Outer Banks.
