What a lovely oasis for a few days. A private retreat from the hurried pace of life. Amy’s place was cozy, spotless, and well appointed. My wife and I wanted for nothing. The kitchen is fully supplied, the views are stunning, and the private beach access just incredible. Amy was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. You will be greeted by breathtaking views that match the beautiful turquoise accents in the home. Head out to your private balcony to get a closer look at the brilliant, blue-green waters of the Gulf. Grab your favorite drink and take a seat on the high top swivel chairs. We have been coming to this area for close to 30 years. We decided to purchase a piece of paradise in August 2018. We completely renovated the property before sharing our piece of paradise with all of you! Enjoy Serenity! We hope you become repeat guests and have some wonderful memories along the way.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Due to cleaner’s schedule, check-in and check-out are not flexible. Our concierge service on the ground will handle check-in. They do their best to have you on the beach ahead of schedule. When the condo is available, we will text you to let you know as well as send you a door code.

Bedroom with King Size Bed. Hallway has a bunk bed and the living room has a queen sleeper pull-out sofa.

House Rules

Adult - age requirement must be 25 years and up. Owners must be able to decide whether or not to accept a booking that is asking to book 48 hours in advance.No smokingNo petsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% due at booking; remainder 30 days before scheduled arrival date. Deposit day of check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

How do damage deposits work?
Accidents can happen. If they do, we want to be sure our property is covered. At the time of booking, we require that you pay an upfront refundable damage deposit. The amount required is $1,000. You’ll be shown this amount under the house rules on the property details page or during checkout before you book.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Long term stay cancellation policy - Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Notes

One parking space per unit. Our concierge service will provide you with a parking pass. Gate Code to beach will also be provided. There is also a open outdoor shower to rinse off your feet!
