We are ready for fall and winter!
Hiking to view the fall colors is just magical in the ADK!
Fingers crossed for Gore to open around Thanksgiving for downhill skiing and boarding!!
Just a short walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping and groceries!!
Don’t miss out on taking a short drive to experience all that the ADK offers. ADK museums and fire tower hikes. Visit Lake Placid for an Olympic experience or visit the Queen, Lake George for all that the village offers.

Ready for Ski Season!
Gore Mountain is only 5 minutes away with skiing for all levels! Besides downhill, they also offer cross country, snowshoeing and uphill! The Ski Bowl is only 2 minutes away! That’s typically only open on weekends in Jan and Feb.

Gore Mountain- 4 minute drive
Little Gore (Ski Bowl)- 2 minute drive
Lake George- about 35 minute drive
Bolton Landing- about 38 minute drive
Minerva Lake- about 16 minute drive

After all of that outdoor activity, come home and relax in our spacious home. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen (no dishwasher) large living room. Warm heat, 50” TV, off street parking.

Note-there are 4 exterior cameras located near the front and back doors and 1 at the parking area that are motion activated and record video and audio.

From the house, you can walk to bars, cafes and a few shops. Grocery store, liquor store, hardware store and bank are also within walking distance!
Skiing is a 5 minute drive to Gore! Or drive to the Ski Bowl, only 2 minutes away and ski to/from the main mountain!
Mountain bikers-- Take off right from the house and check out all the trails that the ski bowl has to offer!

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. No refunds made for early check out.
