This Villa is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Tulums lush jungle. The Villa boasts a private pool and outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful jungle surroundings. Located in the La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions, providing endless opportunities for adventure.

This Villa is both stunning and serene, offering a true sanctuary in the heart of the jungle. Featuring a sparkling pool and inviting patio that seamlessly connect the living area and the 2 bedrooms, this home creates a true oasis in the midst of nature. With ample space and complete privacy, you and your guests can fully enjoy all this one-of-a-kind property has to offer.

Our home is located in a 4 property strata. This means that the entrance to the property is locked and is guarded by a security guard 24 hours per day. Once you enter the home, everything is private. The pool is only for you and your guests.

Our Villa is centrally located. We are only a couple blocks from Calle 7 and all the restaurants.

Getting around

Our Villa is quite centrally located. We are only a couple blocks from Calle 7 and all the restaurants. For groceries, Gypsea Market is a 5 minute walk away and Chedraui is about a 12 minute drive. Cenotes and beaches are about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 8PM

We will send you the instructions on how to get there on check-in day. Check In time is 3:00 p.m. There are a few steps to getting access to the Villa. First, there is a keypad at the entrance to the Villas. An access code will be sent to you. This will unlock the main gate. Second, head down the pathway to the last Villa (Villa 4), you will need to have downloaded the August lock app and we will give you authorization to lock and unlock the door using your phone.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
