Relax at this peaceful and centrally-located home that is a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants and entertainment.
Easy and close walk to the lighthouse, Bayside Coffee, Webers Donuts, Blue Parrot, BJs Pizza, and most importantly the beach!
There are beach and bay views from the house and you can enjoy the lighthouse view from the front deck while you relax and sip on a cocktail. The top floor is a separate bedroom and full bathroom not connected to the main floor for ultimate privacy. The 1st floor contains the kitchen, dining, full bathroom with tub, washer/dryer, 1st bedroom and living room. The 2nd floor bedroom, full bathroom, and living room is completely separate and not connected to the 1st floor. The entrance to the 1st floor is up 1 full flight of stairs. Both floors contain new king size beds and new queen size sofa sleepers.

There are 2 parking spots in front of the house. You can easily walk to the center of the island or drive your car if need be.

We will send you the code to the door lock in our Welcome Letter the morning of check in.

Our septic tank is small and only allows for 6 adults. We are frequently inspected by Franklin Co Health Department to make sure we are staying within these parameters for health and safety of the island.

House Rules

No cancellations for weather.
No unplugging Wifi or changing passwords. This is grounds for immediate termination of reservation and immediate eviction.
No covering of the security camera.
No glitter.
Not suitable for infants (under 2 years).
No smoking.
No parties or events.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM.
No diving in the pool.
Please do not allow your pets in the pool.
Please use outdoor shower to rinse off sand before getting in the pool.

The second bedroom is separate from the main living space (kitchen). It's on the second floor and has a separate door and is not connected to the first floor.
