The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun. Also, since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use and they are found in the owner's closet if you don't want to rent. I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing. There are EV chargers available in the parking lot. I have two units at Pelican Beach that are located steps from each other to accommodate bigger parties, based on availability. Booking both units simultaneously will be discounted so please contact me prior to booking. Important NOTICE: Pelican Beach Resort will have common walkways recoated between Oct 15th and December 31st, 2023. Noise and dust are possible during this period. At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in and no pets.
