HOUSE RULES

● The [NEIGHBORHOOD) quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
● We do not allow parties in the home.
● Pets are not allowed.
● No smoking inside; you may use the back patio. (ensure cigarette butts are placed in trash can)
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
● No candles or other open flames.
● Please turn off inside LIGHTS when you go out.
● Please take off your shoes when inside the home.
● Please separate waste from recyclables in the bins provided (blue recycle/green trash).
● Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● Please only throw toilet paper or flushable wipes in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
● CAUTION: Any children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
