Getting around

House has driveway and garage big enough to hold 4 cars. Parking on street or yard is not allowed. Bikes can be rented from the resort, and they will be delivered to you at the house. There is a wagon provided in the garage along with beach chairs and beach toys. Walk to the beach is only .7 miles. You can also call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy for a free ride to anywhere on the resort.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

At check in you will have to purchase a pass at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office when arriving. Pass fee is $35 per car. The door code for the front door will be the last 4 digits of booking party's cell number.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Nobody under the age of 25 will be allowed to rent the property.

Damage Deposit Policy

If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival during then full refund will be made. Cancelling 30-59 days before, then half will be refunded. If cancelled 30 days or less than no refund will be given.
