Please NO smoking/vaping in the cabin or within 25 ft of cabin or decks. A smoke remediation fee of $450 will be charged and loss of damage deposit if a guest is found in violation of house rule.
Occupancy is limited to your party only, and is limited to 6 people max at any time, this does includes children and day guests. Please don't bring additional friends, or you will be asked to leave the property with no refund!
Active security cameras at entrances to cabin that are recording audio and video 24/7. Tampering with video cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector or internet router will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund, and guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Please be kind to our cabin and follow house rules.
If you find something in need of repair or attention, please let us know.
Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from cabin. This includes any damage to pool table or felt on pool table.
Please do not attempt to move pool table or furniture.
Please don't place food or drinks on pooltable.
Please do not tamper with locked storage closets.
Minimum age to rent is 25, and primary renter must be present during the reservation. Please no third party reservations.
Due to insurance requirements, Photo ID and signed rental agreement is required to book. NOTE: Both inside/outside fireplaces are available for use from Oct-April, and are gas only. The grill on the deck is gas only. No charcoal/wood burning allowed at our cabin.
Please supervise children at all times, especially around the hottub. They cannot be left unattended at any time at our cabin.
Miscellaneous: We ask that you do not litter at our cabin or anywhere else while you're in the Smokies. Please keep our mountains and surrounding areas beautiful and litter free! Trees, brush and bushes are vulnerable to forest fires. No fireworks or burning anywhere on the property!
Dispose of cigarette butts properly (not in brush or on decks). Please be fire aware!
Wildlife: Our cabin is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Please do your part by keeping doors closed and all food in the cabin and trash in bear proof containers by the driveway.
Please always keep a safe distance (at least 50 feet) from the local wildlife and please do not feed them.
All are active day/night
NOTE: During warm months, snakes are active during the day and at night! Please be aware and look where you are walking. The Smoky Mountains have copperheads and rattlesnakes. Please follow posted hot tub rules. Supervise children at all times around the hottub. Use hottub at your own risk!
