My AZ Oasis - Private Resort Like Backyard w/ pool - Goodyear

Parking for two vehicles only. Both vehicles must fit in the driveway. No overnight street parking is allowed. No garage access.
Booking guests will be required to provide a government-issued driver's license or ID upon reserving the property. Local laws require hosts to perform a simple sex offender background check on registered guests.
Children under the age of 13 may not be left alone in the backyard/pool area at any time. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Guest Agreement Guidelines:
This is a NON smoking home. Smoking is not allowed in or outside the property.
Daily Housekeeping services are not included with your stay. If you require housekeeping during your stay, there will be an additional fee. Please call Stephanie to arrange for additional housekeeping. The home is equipped with an initial supply of dishwashing and laundry detergents as well as shampoo and conditioners. All linens and towels are provided.
Trash
- Trash day is Monday. The trash cans are located on the side of the house. Please place bins on curb Sunday evening and return to the side of the house by Monday evening.

DAMAGES:
Guest is liable for any and all damages done to the property and any loss will be at their expense. No fees will be accrued and your deposit will be returned upon checkout as long as the following is met:
 No damage is done to the home/property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
 No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
 All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans.
Dishes placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
 All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure
 No linens or towels are lost or damaged

CHECKOUT:
Upon checkout, we ask that you please make sure of the following:
- Please strip your used bedding and place it and all dirty towels in the in the the laundry area.
- Make sure all trash is bagged and put in the bin in the garage.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
- Lock all doors and windows.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND USE:
The premises are to be used only as a private residence for a vacation rental by the guest. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons, including children. The premises shall not be used for any purpose other than a private residence without the prior written consent of the owner. Guests shall observe faithfully and strictly comply with the agreements outlined in this document.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment. Deposit and or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.

The home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By making this reservation it is agreed that all the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
