Getting around

Best to keep your car parked and utilize the public transportation or walk along the river trail. The galloping goose bus runs past the condo every 10 minutes at the corner next to the Siam restaurant, will loop past the gondola and run through town.

Payment Policy

To confirm you're booking, you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. For extended stays, if you wish to be on a monthly payment plan, please reach out to us and we can set this up for you. We will send you a monthly invoice via Stripe to your email from TellurideVacationHomes and you will be able to follow the link to submit payment. This option is only available for stays of 2+ months.

Refundable Damage Deposit

- Damage deposit can be used for any damages or additional cleanings.
- $500 fee (in addition to additional cleaning costs) if pet hair is found in unit (and contract is terminated).
- $1,000 cleaning fee is smoking determined to be in unit (and contract is terminated).
- Additional cleaning fees for party items such as confetti, cake icing and balloons billed back to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancel any time and the following 30 days of your scheduled stay is non-refundable. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's. Covid is not longer a valid reason for refund.

Notes

We highly recommend getting trip insurance for larger bookings. Trip insurance covers you for medical issues such as sickness and/or COVID, broken bones, surgeries, death in family, moving or needing to work, etc. Trip insurance may also cover you for bad weather, travel delays, etc. Our cancellation policy does not cover you for any reason that you may not be able to make your reservation.
