Hey! Vince & Sheila here. We met years ago, and a little bit of magic brought us back together more recently. We both fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains and recently found a home here that we want to share with others. If it is outdoor adventure you seek, this is the place to be! Our mountains and rivers and beautiful Fontana Lake await you! You will have more hiking than you can imagine with the Appalachian trail close by. Ziplining and rafting you say – why yes!

I live in the home, but you will rarely see me as I stay in the back of the house.

Please bag up trash and text me and I will take it to town. Or you can, especially if you have boxes and such. Address: Swain County Recycling Con Center, 1422 Old U.S. 19, Bryson City, NC 28713. It is an easy, smooth drop off. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BAGS OUTSIDE - because...bears.

You will be given a code for entry 24 hours before arrival. This code is private to you. It will no longer work after checkout time.

These are the mountains and there are some steep roads around. Our driveway is gravel. Keep this in mind when considering your vehicle.
