SOLARA RESORT!! Sleeps 13 W/ Pool near Disney! - Kissimmee

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed.

2. Only registered guests are allowed in the home or lanai. It is not okay to bring friends or family that are not part of the booking. Please note, violations will result in booking termination at the guests expense.

3. The minimum age to book this home is 25 years old. A government issued ID will be requested at the time of booking as well as names and ages of all guests that are part of the reservation. If either of these are not provided within 48 hours of booking the reservation will be cancelled. Sub-leasing is not allowed. The individual booking the reservation must be present during the stay.

4. Please respect the noise curfew; 9pm ET to 8am ET.

5. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home, pool area, or lanai. There will be a charge of $1500 for smoking in the home, pool area, or lanai, so that we can clean the home properly for the next guest. Smoking is permitted outside in the front of the home at least 20 feet away from the building with all doors and windows closed.

6. The air conditioning unit works best at 72 degrees, with windows and doors closed. Setting the air conditioning under 68 degrees can cause the unit to freeze.

7. Please respect check-in (4pm ET) and check-out times (10am ET). There is a $100 charge for every half an hour past your scheduled check-out time.

8. Please take care of the furnishings and home. This includes the following:
- Do not wear shoes upstairs or on the carpet.
- Do not eat or drink on carpeted areas.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.

Note: Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged.

9. Please take out your trash each evening, or before 7am ET each morning. Trash is picked up daily at Solara starting at 7am ET. There is a brown bin outside the front door to set TIED trash bags in. Please note, the HOA will charge $100 for any bag of trash sitting outside and not placed in the trash bin. No loose garbage items are allowed in bins.

10. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the home, lanai or pool area.

11. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

12. Please make sure children do not play with the Ring Doorbell or Front Door Smart Lock. This can cause malfunction or factory reset of the units. If this occurs, a $300 fee will be charged if devices were tampered with. This fee also applies to any and all smart devices including Wifi router/modem.

13. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is needed after your stay.

14. The barbecue grill at the home is free to use, however, you must supply your own propane. Please note, there is often propane left over but we cannot guarantee it. It is the guests responsibility to clean the barbecue grill after use. A $50 cleaning fee applies if grill is not cleaned and left in the condition as found.

15. Missing or damaged towels. A $35 fee applies per missing or damaged towel.

16. Please note that a through inventory and time stamped photographs have been completed inside and outside prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for any unreported damages found on your departure.

17. At the end of a guest stay. Guest are to leave home as neat and in the same order as found upon their arrival.

18. Guest attempt or successfully entry of the
housekeeping closet is subject to immediate guest eviction at the guests expense. A refund for unused nights will not be issued.

19. You agree to share house rules with your entire group and guest count is accurate.
