Guests who book the property must be at the property for the duration of the stay. No 3rd party bookings permitted.

Absolutely NO SMOKING indoors. Ashtrays are provided for your use outside. Guest agrees to a $450 fee for oxidizing the home if there is smoking indoors. Please do not ruin it for other guests.

We ask that guests DO NOT move furniture. Furniture items can cause damage to floors and or the actual furniture if moved. Cleaning crew is not able to move furniture back post departure.

We ask that guests be considerate of future guests and avoid cooking with fragrant and or potent ingredients that may impact the next guests stay. Alternatively, outdoor cooking may be conducted in the BBQ lounge area.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
Check-out is anytime prior to 10:00 AM

Hot tub use requires maintenance, proper chemicals to be added before and or after bathing. Tub will be ready for use and instructions will be provided. Any tub left in unusable condition for next guest will be billed back for usage and or damage.

Unfortunately we are a "no pets" cottage. Many guests book Buckhorn Blue as pet free location as they have allergies, as do our own family members. In order to ensure everyone's enjoyment, the guests will be billed a fee of $450 for a deep cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome however they will still be subject to the cleaning fee for us to maintain our status and responsibility to all guests. There many cottages that are pet friendly, and we hope that guests respect our need to maintain the strict cleanliness of our cottage.

Guests agrees that a violation of house rules may result in cancellation of reservation without refund.
