We provide a variety of chairs and beach toys, and our tide clock helps you plan your adventure before you step out the door. When youre done at the beach, choose from the Courtside Lagoon pool where you can enjoy the fun party vibe, relax to the sound of the lagoon fountain and watch the turtles, or head around back to the Island House pool for a quieter, more relaxed vibe with restrooms and a shower.

Were a 5-10 minute walk to the BEST restaurants in and around Coligny Circle, but we also offer a fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook or want to save a little money vs dining out. We offer a brand new stove and microwave, dishwasher, utensils, spices, Tupperware, ice, George Foreman Grill, rice maker/steamer, and both a drop coffee pot and k-cup maker. Your group can gather around our table for 6.

Desks in both bedrooms provide functional space for remote work if you absolutely must sneak in a quick meeting in while on your vacation. TVs in both bedrooms can double as second monitors.

Courtside Villas does prohibit pets and smoking, so we must let you know that there are NO pets and NO smoking allowed in our unit or anywhere on the property.

Our friendly hosts are responsive and accommodating; we love our Courtside villa; its one of our familys favorite vacation destinations and were delighted to share it with you!

You can park your car at this Courtside villa and walk everywhere... beach, restaurants, grocery store, Coligny Plaza and Adventure Park. You can also hop on the Palmetto Trolley or rent a bike at any number of bike rental places; some even deliver! You will have the entire villa to yourself. Do note that there are 2 flights of stairs at this villa with no elevator. The patio is shared with the neighboring unit.
