Perfect location for Spring Training, world class golf, Casinos, Old Town Scottsdale w/shops, restaurants and great nightlife, Fashion Square, theaters, the canal, hiking, and more. This home boasts an open concept, a dining area that can seat 8 and a well furnished kitchen. High speed internet, washer/dryer, outdoor seating and dining along with a private pool.

THE SPACE

Our home is beautifully decorated and well stocked! The backyard is a relaxing space you can dine, sunbathe, swim, or practice your putting skills. You will have the house to yourself for your privacy. Please note that during your stay the pool maintenance or landscape company may arrive unannounced as we cannot schedule around the coming and goings of our guests.

LIVING SPACE

Unwind in this cozy space with comfortable furniture. A smart TV and Sound Bar is available for your viewing pleasure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Feel free to cook in our upgraded kitchen. Stocked with all the basics for you cooking needs, including coffee/wine bar. Share meals at the dining table for 8 plus 3 barstools at the island.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE

Please respect our home and more importantly our NEIGHBORS. Please read the house rules prior to booking. A $250 fee will be charged for noise complaints.

POOL

Please note the sliding door has an auto shut for safety. Pool towels are provided. Please DO NOT bring GLASS outside as this will cause injuries and can get into our pool. You will be charged for glass in the pool as the whole pool will need to be drained.

OUR LOCATION

We are located less than 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Center and Restaurants/Bars. Please be responsible and use Uber/Lyft/Taxi if drinking. It is a small price to pay to be safe.
