Lower level family room and large full bath with laundry area. Family room also has a walkout to lower deck sitting area. Deck and all north facing windows have a view of the Huron River from an elevated position. Basement level has a walkout to the backyard. The yard is a gentle grass slope to the edge of the river. Walking distance to downtown Milford.

All guests will be signing a lease. Ask about stays longer than 28 days.

No parties or events. The Village of Milford has a noise ordinance and the neighbors are close by on both sides. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway but there is no street parking on Huron St or General Motors Rd. Huron St can be quite busy at times, but due to the house being on hill, it is quiet and peaceful inside and in the backyard.

No animals allowed
No smoking of any kind indoors, includes any tobacco, marijuana and vaping. Smoking allowed outside, ash can provided.
