Modern A-Frame w/ Fire Pit near Gruene - New Braunfels

1. If you are younger than 23 please notify us in advance of your reservation
2. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day
3. Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed anywhere on the property or $150 fee will be charged + any costs associated with removing odor
4. No parties or events without the host's signed permission
5. Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such conduct. If such behavior continues, you and your party will be evicted without a refund.
6. Any issues with the house must be reported within 3 hours of arriving to the host. No compensation or refunds will be given without giving host this notice or adequate time to have the proper person correct the problem. The same terms go for new issues during a stay.
7. Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates; however, additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
8. Please make sure doors are locked when leaving the unit.
9. Please set air conditioner to 72 or above when leaving the house from April to Oct. Please turn off from Nov. to March.
10. Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues. If linens or towels are taken (black make up towles, beach towels, etc.) guest will be charged.
11. No pets allowed
12. Do not leave furniture, trash, cans, etc. in the common areas or lawn in front of the home overnight
13. Fires are not allowed in the fire pit during Comal County burn bans. Please contact host to confirm if ban has been lifted before starting any fires. If you do use the fire pit please be sure the fire is put out completely before going to bed or leaving the property. Any damage caused by flying embers to the community or homes will be the full responsibility of the guest.
