Houseguest Guidelines:

Check-in is typically any time after 4pm. Same-day check-in may have to be later. A code will be provided on the day of arrival for the front door. Late arrival is fine, but please communicate with us so we know and can be prepared.

This is a non-smoking environment, both inside and outside. This includes tobacco and marijuana products.

Please keep your door closed while not in the room – I try to keep the animals out of the guest room for guests who are more sensitive to pet dander.

A key is provided for your security and convenience. Simply leave it on the desk when you check out. A $50 rekeying fee will be charged for lost or missing keys.

The kitchen is available if you need it. Space can be made in the refrigerator. It's best if all food is labeled.

You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. I ask for $2 a load and you are welcome to the laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets.

If there is space on the left side of the driveway you may park there (the right side must remain clear for me to enter/exit the garage). Otherwise there is always street parking available.

Feel free to adjust the space heater in your room to your comfort, though please turn it down/off while you are away.

The cats are somewhat friendly but cautious. Interact with them at your own risk. They are not allowed in guest room spaces. They are indoor/outdoor cats, so don't worry if they "escape" into the yard.

We respect your privacy; we ask that you do the same.

Checkout is at 11am. A fee will be charged for unplanned late checkouts.
