House Rules:

~ Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and must stay onsite during booking
~ No smoking of anything inside or within 25 feet of the property
~Pets must be leashed when outside and are not allowed in community amenities
~ Quiet hours are 9pm - 7am
~ No commercial photography or filming
~ No parties or any illegal activities
~ No glitter and no affixing anything to the walls including tape, tacks, etc.
~ No fireworks; $500 minimum fine for violations
~ Security cameras and wifi equipment must not be tampered with

Failure to comply with all house rules will result in a minimum $200 fine per offense and the potential for immediate forfeiture of the rental with no refund. Booking a reservation for this property implies consent to these rules and the potential fees for breaking the rules.

Additional Information:

Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests to register as temporary members. They require all guests' names over 6 years old as well as all vehicle information be submitted no less than 5 days before check-in. No changes can be made within 5 days of check-in. They also require a valid license and paper car registration for all vehicles.

There are 2 video doorbells on the property. One at each main entry door. And 1 exterior camera at the back door. They face out only. There are no recording devices inside the home. The downstairs camera faces the shed and captures the front half of the driveway. The upstairs camera faces the street out over the deck and captures the doorway and top of the deck stairs. The back door camera faces the back door, hot tub, and propane tank. They record video and audio for 5 seconds when motion is detected. They are only installed for the security of the property when it is vacant.

Check-in & Check out:

Check-in: Any time after 4pm
~ The property address will be provided a week before check-in
~ The smart lock codes and wifi information will be provided 3 days before check-in
~ All vehicles must check in at the Rental Center to receive gate keys prior to proceeding to the property. A valid driver's license and paper vehicle registration is required.

Check out: 11am
~ Any delays in check out will result in fees of $50 for every 30 minutes past check out time
~ Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs
~ Close and lock all windows and doors
~ Take all trash and recycling to the trash center behind the welcome center
~ Drop all gate keys in the provided box before leaving the gate. Any gate keys not returned will result in a $50 replacement fee.

Accessibility and Considerations:

~ Compact gravel driveway may be uneven and difficult for some family members; there is one small step to enter downstairs level
~ Main floor accommodations for guests with mobility issues
~ Stairs inside and outside to access the upstairs deck and living space
~ Upstairs fireplace is for decoration only; currently inoperable
~ Potential for green spots on tub and sink drains due to well water; has been tested and is perfectly normal
