Experience beautiful, clean Norris Lake in our comfortable 2bed/2.5 bath lakeside condo with views from two covered decks. Covered boat slip provided within steps from the condo is included in your rent. Community pool (seasonal). Entrance to the condo is street level for easy access.

--The Property--
Main Level-- Entrance to the condo is street level and opens into a large and spacious living area with terrific views! The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel right at home! The open dining room has a large table and buffet with lots of seating. There is an extra leaf to expand the table. The buffet has games, playing cards and puzzles for those rainy days. The living room has oversized recliner sofas w/built-in chargers, a TV with Roku and a desk for anyone who is working remotely! We keep magazines, books and local brochures for our avid readers! There is a half bath on the first floor. Off of the living room is a large deck with patio furniture, a bar cart, Weber grill and a small beverage fridge.

Lower Level--Down one flight of stairs, there are two bedrooms, two full baths and a convenient laundry room with brand new washer/dryer situated between the bedrooms. The master suite is an inviting and relaxing respite after a long day of boating and fun with a large spa tub overlooking the water! Off of the master is a large deck with new Polywood chairs. There are stairs going down to the covered boat slip from the master deck. The second bedroom has two full size beds, an attached full bathroom, and closet space. Both bedrooms have new, high end mattresses.

Boat Slip--We offer our boat slip for your personal use. It is an interior slip protecting your boat during the busy season. The 10 ft. X 24 ft. slip is located in front (lakeside) of building #245. The slip is located on the shoreside. See pictures for detailed views. For $25 you can launch your boat down the road at Deerfield Marina. Trailer parking at Deerfield Marina or Deerfield Storage.
Please be advised that water levels can rise due to heavy rains especially in the spring causing the walkway to the docks/slips to be under water.

Amenities-- include Deerfield Cove Marina and Tiki Bar with live entertainment, a championship golf course, airstrip, swimming pool next to our building! Tennis court, sand volleyball court and a childrens play area. There is a wonderful winery 5-min from the condo. Deerside Market has what you need for ice, beer and snacks! Enjoy watching the many deer graze around the resort and the crazy boaters during the busy summer season! Need suggestions on where to rent a boat or who to call for a fishing charter? Just ask and we would be happy to help!

***Other items to note***
1. Guests will be asked to submit a signed rental agreement in order to confirm their reservation.
2. If you cancel you will be charged a 3% processing fee through the credit card company. This is not refundable. Refunds take up to 5-10 business days.
3. We provide a starter kit with laundry pods, coffee pods etc.. as part of your stay.
4. Cell service on the lake can be pretty spotty. The best service seems to be with Verizon Wireless.
5. While there are NO booking fees through Houfy we still have to collect $180 for the cleaners and the state of TN requires a 14.25 % lodging tax.
6. We recommend doing all grocery shopping prior to your arrival as there is a 20-30 min. drive to larger grocery chains.
