Primary bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, 50 4K UHD Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with nightstands. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with nightstands. Fully stocked kitchen, living room comes with oversized couch and a 55 4K UHD Smart TV, in unit washer/dryer, and desk/office chair provided for a convenient workstation. Oversized garage for all your storage needs or to keep your vehicles out of the elements.
House is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street with no through traffic. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family-friendly. Less than 10 mins drive to Madison Hospital, restaurants, retails shops, and grocery stores. Easy commute to Redstone Arsenal, Research Park, downtown Huntsville, and Huntsville International Airport. Getting to Athens, Decatur, Harvest, Meridianville, and other nearby cities is a breeze.

To ensure a fantastic stay for you and future guests, here are some guidelines:
1. Check-In/Out Times:
Check-in is at 3:00pm CST and check-out is at 12:00pm CST.
If you need some flexibility, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
2. Address Change:
With our rental focusing on mid-term stays, temporary or permanent address change with USPS is not allowed. If you would like to receive your daily mail during your stay, you will need to set up a PO Box.
3. Respect the Peace—No Parties:
Keeping noise levels down, especially between 10:00pm and 6:00am, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.
4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment. Including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape, marijuana, or any other smoking substances. Smoking is allowed outside.
An additional cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed if this rule is not followed.
5. No Extra Guests:
If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.
This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.
6. Pet/Animal Policy:
Pets/animals are considered for a stay on a case-by-case basis. Pets/animals may not be left alone in the home at any time. They must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times. Pets/animals are not allowed on any furniture in the house. No exceptions! Pet beds are not provided by the host. Please clean up after your pet.
7. Utilities:
We all know utilities are expensive ! Please be mindful of utilities when away from the home by turning off all lights, turning down heat/AC, making sure all water faucets are turned completely off, etc.
This helps to ensure we are not wasting excess energy/water which is helpful for the environment.
8. Trash Collection:
Trash collection for the neighborhood is on Thursday. Please take out the trash container the night before as pick up is typically early mornings. At this time, Limestone County does not have a curb-side recycle program.
9. Food Waste:
The home is NOT equipped with an in-sink garbage disposal. Therefore, please dispose of all food waste in the trash. This helps avoid damages to the plumbing system and costly plumbing repairs.
10. Washing Machine:
Please ensure you keep the soap tray and lid to the washing machine left open after every wash cycle. This will help to ensure the washer will dry out and avoid any unwanted smells.
11. Provided Supplies:
There will be some household supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. provided to make your stay more pleasant. If or when these supplies run out during your stay, it will be your responsibility to purchase more if you choose.
12. Key Fobs & Garage Door Openers:
Key fobs for the front door lock and garage door openers can be provided upon request to make your stay more convenient. These will be tested and verified they are in good working order prior to check-in. A $100 fee will be assessed for each key or opener not returned or retuned in damaged condition.
13. WiFi Modem/Router:
Please leave the modem/router in place. The modem/router unit (located in the TV stand) provides WiFi internet service throughout the house for your convenience. This is rented equipment from the Internet Service Provider and any damages caused from moving or messing with it will be assessed accordingly.
14. Items In The Home :
You are provided items such as bath/kitchen towels, dishes, small kitchen appliances, sheets, pillows, comforters, etc. to make your stay more comfortable. ALL items that are in the home at check-in are to remain with the home after check-out. These items are NOT to be taken with you. We have a detailed list (with photos) of every item in the home and you will be charged for any missing or damaged items after check-out.
15. Simple Clean-Up:
Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you've used, so our housekeeper doesn’t have any extra work to do when preparing for our next guests.
But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors, we’ll take care of that!
16. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.
• WiFi password and door code will be provided on check-in day 2 hours prior to check-in time.
• TVs are set to “Guest Mode”. If you would like to use streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. you will need to provide your own login info. Don’t forget to log out of your personal TV apps/streaming service accounts before you leave.
• The fire extinguisher is located in the garage.
• The first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink.
• The main electrical shut-off is located in the garage.

$1000 refundable deposit required prior to check-in. Any damages to the home or its contents will be assessed and taken out of the security deposit.
