By the Bay is a three-story home located two blocks from Conchs Point with beautiful views of Calico Bay from its wraparound deck and top floor. This 3-bedroom home offers you and your family a prime downtown location and the comforts you crave. You will find bikes, beach chairs, and a fishing beach cart in the large two-car garage. And for boat owners, there is room for a 35-foot boat/trailer in the driveway after a day on the water.
As you enter the main level you will be welcomed into a dual-purpose entryway and laundry room equipped for a day on the beach or on your boat. From beach towels to a full washer and dryer, the space welcomes the cleanup after fun in the sun. Off the main entry is a half bathroom, access to the large two-car garage, and an elevator to access floors 2 and 3.
The heart of the home can be found on the second level which is covered with beautiful hardwood floors. Featuring a bright kitchen and breakfast bar that overlooks a living room with a 58 smart tv, a sectional couch, and a dining area with a table and bench seating for six. Drink your morning coffee or have a sunset meal outside on the wrap-around deck that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room.
Off the kitchen, you will find the master king suite that opens up to the wrap-around deck with outdoor seating. Also, features the master ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the third level, you will enter a carpeted common area with the perfect work-from-home office alcove with a desk and chair. There are spacious closets where you will find games for adults and kids alike, as well as baskets of toys and a high chair. The two bedrooms have queen beds, dressers, and two closets in each room. Recycle - please use labeled garbage and recycling bins. All garbage and recycling should remain separate and left in organized bins in the garage at the end of your stay.
All linens - sheets, towels, duvets, blankets should be removed from beds and bathrooms and left in laundry baskets within each bedroom.
All windows and doors should be closed and locked prior to departure.
